OK Agency Platform

An end-to-end platform for an international student-recruitment business: a Rails 7 JSON API owning agencies, students, transactions and commission logic, and the Next.js operations console built on top of it.

The API enforces five-role authorisation, keeps a full audit history of every record, and ingests student rosters from spreadsheets in transactional batches that roll back on any invalid row and report failures per line, with agency-level reporting aggregated in SQL rather than in application code.
