One bad row must not import half a roster. So every batch lands completely, or not at all. OK Agency Platform is a Rails 7 JSON API and operations console, built for an international student-recruitment business.
The API owns agencies, students, transactions, and the commission logic, all behind 5-role authorisation. Every record keeps a full audit history, so each change can be traced back, version by version. Student rosters arrive as spreadsheets, imported in transactional batches. One invalid row rolls the batch back, and failures are reported line by line.
Built on Rails 7, PostgreSQL, CanCanCan and PaperTrail, with an operations console in Next.js and MUI. Agency reporting is aggregated in SQL, not in application code. OK Agency Platform. Every row valid, or nothing lands.
