One form cannot fit every applicant. Farmers, cooperatives and agribusinesses in Morocco all need official agricultural certificates. AlFellah is a bilingual French and Arabic app for applying for those certificates from a phone.
There are 3 legally distinct applicant flows, and 9 conditional proof-of-eligibility documents. Each one drives its own form, and its own upload path. Approved certificates come back as markup, and the app renders them to PDF right on the device.
Partners check authenticity with an in-app QR scanner. Scan the code, and the certificate is verified. Built in Flutter with GetX and Dio, shipped to both app stores by GitHub Actions and Fastlane. 3 months, as lead mobile engineer.
Every applicant. The right path.
